Head of the Departments

I highly suggest that if we do not have them already to have heads of the departments. i.e. Head Moderator, Head Writer, etc. They hand out and keep in order the people and things within their subject so that the administrators don't have to worry about it themselves. They hire and fire as needed, give and take assignments, and most of the time will report to the administrator on progression and with finished assignments {if any at all}.

Yeah, I guess. It could be hard to decide though.

I definitely support this idea. I think it would make us more organized and make production go much more smoothly and swiftly. I know I'd personally love to apply to be head writer.

I was under the impression that Jamsam was the head Artist and that Paulmer was the head mod!

So who's who? The only obvious one is LivLover for Head of Research as she is the only actual researcher xD

I think we should each have to apply for the job and it be picked by organizational skills (as no matter what department you may head, this is an absolute must), maturity and skills with dealing with other people, and experience. The experience part would not need to be in the specific thing you are applying for. Like if you're applying to be a head moderator, it would be recommended if you were at least a mod/newbie helper perhaps somewhere beforehand, but if you never had that even just being super helpful and involved on other sites could be considered experience.

I'm not sure about LivLover for head researcher. I think that in the certain job fields we have that don't have a lot of people in them yet should hold off for awhile about picking the head of that department, rather than going to the only person involved in it by default. Not to say that Liv would make a bad head researcher- I'm sure she's an absolutely lovely person- but it would be best to wait until we had more applicants than give it to the only applicant. Plus, being the only researcher, she doesn't really even have a department to head. xD
